The Woodford Railway -- PUBLIC OPERATIONS SUSPENDED

Welcome to ANGRMS and its services, including The Woodford Railway which we operate at Woodford, Queensland. Our steam locomotives are currently (since July 2017) undergoing necessary repair/overhaul so our operations feature our heritage diesels.

On this site you'll find a short profile of the Society, details of our open days, photographs and information on our collection, the latest news of Society activities, sales, bridal train, links to other sites of interest, and an open invitation for you to visit ANGRMS one Sunday at our steam site in Margaret Street, Woodford.

ANGRMS locomotives, rolling stock and other facilities are occasionally used for film, television and multimedia productions. Potential clients must realise, however, that all tourist and heritage railways operate under state and national rail safety regulations, and some requests may not be feasible.
